1. Click on "Order Form" in the left-hand menu. Fill in the top sections with your information. 2. As you browse through Coal Bank Hollow, enter on your order form the item number, a brief       description, and the price of any items you wish to purchase. 3. There will be a $8.50 shipping charge added to each shipment within the continental United States       (no matter how many items you are buying). Most orders are shipped complete within 1 week. 4. Residents of Virginia must add 5% sales tax to their merchandise total. 5. Print or save a copy of the order form for your records. 6. Click "Submit Order". You will receive a confirming e-mail for your order.
